Cabin in the Woods is a full-length project that showcases both the solo and collaborative capabilities of Philanthrope. Working with Chillhop familiars like Brock Berrigan, The Field Tapes, Kendall Miles, chromonicci, Sleepy Fish, Dotlights, Ian Ewing, and Guillaume Muschalle, the album feels like a gathering of friends, deep in the forest, where distractions are minimal and the only focus is the music.
