March always means a new reveal of our ongoing Chillhop Essentials series. Launching in 2016, we're beginning our tenth year of these seasonal compilations, with Essentials Spring 2025 being our 37th release. 

With 42 artists contributing to 28 instrumental tracks, Essentials Spring 2025 is full of brightness and life, community and collaboration. As the days grow longer and the sunshine becomes warmer, these lively instrumentals will soundtrack the coming months. A time of reenergized transformation. A new chapter of hope for the future. Featuring El Train, Toonorth, Guillaume Muschalle, Aviino, Ian Ewing, Saib, Blue Wednesday, Leavv, and so many others (like a much-needed collab between Misha and Evil Needle), this 75 minute release is one for the books. 

Whether it's chillhop, jazzhop, lofi hip-hop, instrumental soul, boom bap, or old school grooves, whatever you want to call it, this collection has a little something for everyone. So throw your winter coat into storage and start to water your flowers. When you're done, kick up your feet and relax, because Spring is here.
